Haven't been to serenity lately to be able to give a good assessment of who is there currently but based on past talent at serenity compared to sun rain, I'd say sun rain is the way to go.
I'd avoid sister spa. You will likely end up with the shrek ogre looking mama san.

I was greeted by her at the door a few weeks ago before Sun rain was open again. I turned around and walked out just as fast as I walked in. Sister spa is not a good place to go for attractive providers.

When I saw her. There was no cigarette odor.
I agree with you about Sunrain. Thanks to others that posted about Sunrain. I had a great session with Lucky. She was amazing. Great massage and great L3 as well.
I am almost at a point of deciding to go this route than deal with the bs of seeing a provider and the song and dance. With a AMP, its pretty straight forward.

Stopped by River City today as I had several good experiences and one amazing there.
