Last month as the weather turned cold I was in the need of a massage in order to loosen up my back. I happened to be in the neighborhood of highland park, and stumbled into a MP on york. My masseuse was named Emily. She started with a standard massage then grabbed hold of those bars on the ceiling and proceeded to walk on my back (my first). I'm frequently surprised by the number of folks who think it is appropriate to manipulate providers to, in effect, cheat them out of their due when they supply capable services. If you a strike a deal with a provider, bargain reasonably and don't welch. If you don't, don't welch on the implied understanding that the provider gets paid a reasonable amount.

Great analysis. I'm here in Northern VA and don't have the luxury of as many options for a good price as you'all in SGV or LA have. I did live in Southern CA in my younger mongering days and have great memories.

Tried out Peachful HC on Eagle Rock. Located in the corner of a small strip mall. Signage talking about massage and acupuncture, doors unlocked, fairly well lit. Signs of a legit operation.
