If you are healthy, and don't exceed 100 mg / day, it's unlikely you'll have any serious issues aside from the common side effects (which get worse with increased dose).

A 50 year old in bad health may take 3 100 mg and not feel a thing. I read a story a few years ago about a South American guy that took, I think, 3 100 mg pills and had an erection for so long that he had to have his, well you know!
I get mine when I travel to Baja Sur Mexico, it's over the counter and very cheap.
It's my understanding that taking a dose higher than 100 mg does not help you.
I lived in S. Florida and on the radio there were ads for ED treatments, including one which is using shockwaves from a device from Switzerland.
Evidently it works but you pay out of pocket probably $3500 or so over a few weeks. The effect is supposed to be dramatic and lasts at least a couple of years.
I heard an interesting thing on the radio in S. Florida; doctors had shows and one time this was discussed; the MD said he had treated a guy 90 years old with this thing and it worked well for him.
Another thing mentioned is that guys who have heart attacks almost always have ED problems before their heart attack, food for thought.
The day 100 mg of sildenafil doesn't work for me is when I will seek out that expensive treatment.
Once the female at Walgreens told me that typically older guys who had $$ would buy Viagra (not generic) and spend $500 for a refill and not bat an eye.
All depends how much you need, want a hard dick? These drugs have become so popular not because they work well, but men want to push the envelope, to be best, better, in the bedroom. If you suffer from ED. " how much is to much?" money, amount of pills you take to get hard in a day. Think about that!

What is this forum's policy on members offering individual Sindelafil citrate pills to other members? I've been in this game for years, but I think it is time to ween myself away from it. I have a recurring order of pills that I do not want to go to waste. If it does not go against any forum rules, I would be willing to part with them at cost. I'll share details in PM on a first come first serve basis.

I am older and I usually take 50 mgm when I go to an AMP. I thought I could last longer and be harder if I increased the dose. I went up to 100 mgm. And it worked fine but I then has some problems with my right eye. Some permanent change in color perception. The ophthalmologist is following me closely and it has been stable with only a slight change in my visual acquity. There is a very bad reaction called NAION which causes permanent blindness which may be caused by Viagra according to some sources. I have since gone back to 50 mgm with 100 mgm of Tramadol to prolong my erection. These things apparently only happen if you are older? Have hypertension, or diabetes.

Is there a difference between real Viagra (the one that says Pfizer on it) and generic types: Sildenafil Citrate generic pills. Blue Chew?
I had some of these (pictured below) and I don't know if they worked or not.
And I can't honestly tell if they worked or not. Maybe? I don't know, but shouldn't the difference be noticeable?
I've tried Blue Chew and I don't know if they worked well either TBH, I was expecting a rock hard erection and didn't get it.

They work perfect for me, in fact usually break in half and that's enough to last quite a while. Whole one was almost uncomfortable for me after deed and no action. HA HA HA.

The Chinese are doing a small clinical study of it in coronavirus. I guess this is b / c it is used against primary pulmonary hypertension, the breathing difficulty that is caused by the viral pneumonia of COVID-19 must be similar. Something to think about if you find yourself with an infection.
