In addition to "Brook" as she used in this ad, she has also run posts as "Charity" and "Skylar".

Maybe there is a legit reason that a provider decides to do a name change, but more likely than not it is to perpetuate a scam or an attempt to hide from poor reviews.

Interestingly enough, the same phone number was also found on a 2009 softball roster contact info sheet and then searching that name I eventially came up with a picture. With the way that phone numbers come and go it could very well be the number's previous owner so I am not posting the pic here.
