In my PM to you I should have been more specific, when I go "home" it is to Long Island. Being that I am about 6 years out of the loop, I wanted to know if you knew of any sure things out there. I see on CL that the MP at 530 N Bumby has reopened going by the name of Alantie Massage. Last time I checked, they were still pretty stupid. Takes 30 of them to handle a routine traffic accident. Takes 50 to arrest a few SWs on OBT. However, when any real crime takes place, they run the other way so that they make sure they don't do anything that might jeopardize that 20 year pension. I bet most are even leary of file folders because they might get a paper cut.

We don't need more police, we need more effective police which means smarter. If you have ever been the victim of a crime in central Florida you know exactly what I mean. Bureaucracy created by department weenies, lawsuits, and local government is an example of stupidity, but that still doesn't mean the individual cop is stupid. Let's face it, they have to do a lot of seemingly dumb things because someone, somewhere, bitched about the way they did it before.

Also, let's face the facts that we're not surrounded by a lot of rocket scientists on this board. If the average user can figure out that .2 means $20.00, then I'm pretty sure that a cop can do the same. It's not that hard, so why bother with the false pretense of silly code names for the fairly obvious reason we're here?
