Interesting massage parlor reading
Yesterday while at AT, my attendant Linda, deposited me in the sauna for a few minutes. As typical in these AMP saunas, there were some magazines available to peruse. This is what I found:
National Enquirer (Old issue. Farrah Fawcett was still battling cancer...)
Southern Living (An AMP sauna is an unusual place to get decorating tips and a recipe for moon pies...)
Ebony (??)
Black Enterprise (???)
and
Highlights for Children (I kid you not! I can just imagine... "Okay kids, you sit here in this hot, steamy room and read this kids magazine while daddy gets a rub down..."
At first I thought the magazines were donated or something but each and every one list AT as the subscriber on the mailing label.
"Land of the Coconuts..."
With a fresh set of directions (thanks!) I set out to the Land of the Coconuts. Found it right I was told it would be. If you did not know it was there you would never find it. It must be in a Google map/GPS black hole.
I was introduced to Joanne. A pretty good looking and very playful lady. We both enjoyed ourselves. While not as aesthetically attractive as the place on University, the level of service here was significantly better. Will repeat.
Southside Open for Business
Was not able to partake today but I did notice that the handmade sign has been removed and the neon sign was on. Looks like the fun can begin again.
