It's been awhile since I have given a review, so I wanted to give an update on a few places I have visited. First, the rosco place across from panda express. I like this place because it is very discrete and have always been able to request asian or latina (you can get a line up on request too). The asian staff has consistantly given better service than the latina staff here. IMHO the girls are in the 6 to 8 range, but present themselves well and will work in several positions. Tip is not mentioned before, they have always seemed happy with 10 for 1/2hr fullsies.
I tried an Acu place on VNB across from a CJr. Not as discrete as it is on a major street, but it is very nice and secure on the inside. On three visits, I have had two asian staffs and one latina, all looked great (8+) , but all had bolt ons. Service was good and there's a large mirror by the table. So enjoy the view! First visit, just did HJ. No clothes, lots of touching, .50. Good experience. For fullsies they expect. 10. Might try to upsell, but 10 will do ya fine. As of recent, have seen they have parking lot security personnel. Not sure how I feel about that.
Finally, revisited a place in a building near wood and sherm. It's kinda hidden, but they have an unmarked office there. Run by asian mamas in their 40s. Very nice and friendly, most give an excellent massage. All skilled in HE. Light touches and building. After several visits, some are comfortable giving CBJ (bring your own cover). .40 seems sufficient for 1/2hr. (80 total) Business has been slow, so don't worry about clock watching. Please PM if you like. I would love some input on a good independant if anyone wants to share.

Working in the Valley for the next few weeks and decided to help spur on the local economy while comparing talent in SFV vs. The OC. After cruising by several potential locations decided to give Elite (on Victory) a go. Decided I could actually use a massage so paid for the hour. Took the luck of the draw and got Tiffany. Probably around 30, decent body with natural be's, not stunning, but ok looking. Laid face down on massage table without towel and when she came in she made no attempt to cover which is always a good sign. Her massage was sub par but better than some of Viets in the OC who just touch lightly and tell you to flip. After 40 minutes the flip came, she asked what I wanted (everything) and quoted $, which I agreed to. Once again, service was sub par. Very little BJ, and kept complaining that I was too big to take full strokes. Certainly nothing memerable with this encounter. Looks 6, performance 5, massage 5. Would I repeat? Not with her, but there was a decent looking older gal there that peaked my interest as I was leaving, perhaps another day.
I was just wondering if anyone has tried "paradise" on Roscoe? They advertise $30 for 30 minutes. I kinda want to check it out but that would be a perfect way for LE to corral us in since nobody else offers that price. Let me know if you've tried it.

30 for 30, 40 for 30, it could be legit place.
There is a foot massage place I know of, looks shady, but 30/30 and its wonderful legit massaging.
Try it and report back.
I unfortunately have no intel to share on the places mentioned, but I'll add that I did once pay $35 / hr at a legit Thai place and $30 / hr for a legit foot massage. In both cases this was a few years ago and the service was excellent, so price is not always an indicator of quality, especially in Asian places. But as usual, the house fee is the only the "price of poker" (right to sit at the table and play) , while the tip is what gets you the VIP treatment (big "gains").
When talking AMP / LMP, the rule is usually that the higher the house fee, the more on the menu, however. To keep mongers interested, I've seen a tendency in legit places to provide some form of teasing lately (heavy competition & bad economy) , but it doesn't go very far in my experience. If looking for extras, I'd expect to pay about $50 / half-hour.

Please post the next time you see an article or report describing police actually arresting and charging an MP monger with solicitation. In my years on this site I can't recall ever hearing such a story applicable to SoCal. Though there was the poor schlub who got hoisted into the pigpen in the OC for "being present in a known bawdy house" on an occasion when they busted the ladies for some administrative violation. Neither he or the ladies were ever actually charged with anything.
Second, if you are talking about FS places, you're right that most aren't as inexpensive at the door as $30/30, but many are. Particularly in the area you describe in Panorama City and Van Nuys there have been places mostly featuring central american girls that will post that price. One of my fav spots in the valley, a LMP in VN charges that price but you have to tell them you saw it in their advertising. Also, some of the Chinese places throughout the L. A. Area will charge $50-60 per hour. The girls aren't guaranteed FS providers, but many are. My fav NoHo girl right now works in such a place and it is real nice too.
Finally, keep in mind that probably most MPs in SoCal are neither legit nor FS, but are rub and tugs. Standard door pricing at these places is $50 per hour but they can range as low as $35 and as high as $60 per hour. Anything more than $60 is going to be FS all the way. But there are many places and particularly LMPs and Chinese places where $60 per hour is common with FS available.
Actuallly IMO, I think it is pretty difficult to find strictly legit anymore in standard storefront AMPs and LMPs in SoCal aside from the places that your girlfriend goes to like Massage Envy and Burke Adams. If anybody reports getting HE in one of these places they are hands down, Monger of the Year! Many places that may send you away without HE are just seriously cautious about who they pass the extras to.

I just wanted to cover my bases and see if anyone had tried the place. Just for a little peace of mind.

All you have to do to cover the bases is not utter the "words of contract". I. E. The words of making a deal of P4P. No police lady is going to get anywhere near your exposed manhood or allow you to grope her. All she's going to do is try to induce you into initiating an offer. Saying the words is the entire crime of solicitation, so just don't say 'them and your cool. If the police lady takes care of your boner anyway even though you never solicited her, consider it an act of love and get her number. Police ladies are good hookups in these unstable economic times with their comprehensive early retirement benefits and all, and they've got great stories to tell.
