This might sound stupid to some of you, but truthfully, I'm a little concerned for DI. They seem to have an issue with keeping new talent with them (which admittedly might not be their fault, as it's natural for a girl to get cold feet), while prices have been steadily rising over the past year. Of course, a $190-200 ish average is still reasonable, but the issue is that this current trajectory doesn't indicate that rates are going to stop rising anytime soon. It's just a matter of the next girl coming in, charging more than the others and then waiting for the others to slowly adapt.

I don't mean to start an argument about this, as I know one such argument happened in this thread not too long ago, but what made DI so appealing to me in the first place was its first-class rates and reliability. But with girls "dropping like flies" as another monger put it, and with rates rising pretty steadily, DI is starting to lose its appeal in my eyes. Of course, I don't expect my feelings to be that same as all of yours, but if they continue this trend, I might just stop seeing them altogether. It's not like I partake out of desperation anyways; it's really just about the thrill for me, but sooner or later, it seems like DI's not going to be worth the thrill.

DI attracts mostly quality women and almost none of them are addicts. That means they are more than likely saving for something different and once they get it they will move on. It's also not cheap or probably fun to travel to Indy from Florida, Texas, etc...all the time. And if they are traveling here and they have a bad trip or a couple slow trips in a row they might give up anyway.

If you look at other agencies (XOC, YourVIPModels, Touring Companions, etc.) the women are usually Eastern European or Latina. Which means they travel for a year or so and then head home. And maybe they make a trip back after a while.

Inevitably, if a woman is successful and likes the work (or likes the $$$ enough), they will go out on their own.

As for pricing, we've been lucky that the experience most these girls provide is on par with some of the above agencies but the price has been significantly less. While it'd be nice for it to stay low, this is not a surprise to me. I'm speaking of the ones who provide GFE. Lfk / dfk, BBBJ, CIM, etc. If they are not GFE then the DI price point makes sense.

These women can go work in a spa, especially in other states, and make $200/ hour and only do HJ. While it's less money, I imagine it's also less stress.

Ultimately, DI will churn talent for a variety of reasons. But I'm not going to get worried unless they have no talent available in Indy.
