Because these girls have nowhere to go. And they are not unaware that their "value" is generally degraded in the marketplace, so rather than leave, they work all the harder to compete in a mostly white consumer environment. Now except for some posts I have read about some older asian women (too old for me), the overall skills of the average horny AA girl is off the charts compared to any white girls I have interviewed. I think its very telling that 90% of all "managers" are black. If white girls where so easily managed there would be far more white "managers". I think to get the quality I would need in a white girl or super hot latina to be happy (in the looks dept) would probably be about $$$. I am working on an 18 year old white girl now.
