I do not believe the government should have the power to regulate private, consensual sexual behavior, even when it's of a commercial nature. But no one has successfully challenged the laws in court on that basis (yet). Then there's also the legal reasoning from Lawrence vs. Texas back in 2003 when the Supreme Court ruled that sodomy statutes were invalid. The same reasoning the court used in that case could easily be applied to prostitution laws, but no one has managed to get a case all the way to the Supreme Court yet. The Wikipedia article on it gives a decent overview if you're curious.

I know I said I'd STFU already, but this is a great question! What you want to do is stay calm, don't panic. Take deep, regular breaths if you have to. Don't give the cops any kind of "attitude" or say or do anything that will tend to piss them off. Be unfailingly polite even if the cop is being an azzhat! Provide your ID or your name and D.O.B. when requested. Remember, you've done nothing illegal, and have nothing to hide. You were simply there for a "relaxation" session. BTW, most of these AMPs and their providers are NOT licensed to give massages, so do them a favor and please DON'T say you were there getting a massage!

Any questions other than those dealing with your name, try to give short answers. Try to answer only what was specifically asked and don't volunteer anything. Think "Name, Rank, and Serial Number." Most likely, they'll ask you what you were doing there. Be vague. You were just there to relax, period. They might try to get you to explain what a "relaxation session" is. You don't have to answer. Either make up some BS about kicking back, having a pleasant conversation with a cute girl (yeah, right!) or try changing the subject. Politely say you're running late getting somewhere and ask if you can leave. If they've checked you for outstanding warrants and came up empty, unless they have other evidence, they can't detain you. If they try to, then ask politely if you're under arrest for something. At this point, it's "put up or shut up" time for them. They either have to let you go or put the bracelets on you. Leave as quickly as they'll let you. Never admit to anything!

Keep in mind during all of this, that the cops aren't stupid. You're not fooling them with your vague, BS answers. They KNOW why you were really there and what you were doing. They just can't prove it. So they'll try asking open-ended questions to see if they can trip you up and get you to admit something. Once they see that they can't, they'll cut you loose and move on to the next person. Prostitution is only a petty misdemeanor for you and the provider, so they won't waste much time on you. It's the mamasans/owners they're really after. That's where the felony charges are.

Sorry for the rambling answer, but it's the best I can do on an empty stomach! OK, so NOW I'll finally STFU! :D
