Similar experience with QV

I'm not one for confrontation, so I didn't say anything while I was there, but knew I'd be making a report here. It just sucks because I reached out to so many other girls and none of them responded, which would have saved me. And as someone who doesn't partake that often, and when I do just honestly the experience doesn't last that long, if you know what I mean, I like to make sure its a good time.

She had very large breasts and I asked her to take off her top. Nope, that's extra. What? Getting undressed is extra? Then, kind of opposite of your experience, she tells me the BJ is extra, QV is only FS. So her definition of QV was only taking off her bottoms, a short handshake and then FS. One thing is clear, there isn't a universally accepted definition of what constitutes a QV!
