I don't see any resemblance to the ad pics.

I would never tell anybody to disregard this sort of situation, but I DO wonder if this is a phone number that got reassigned by the phone company, Google Voice, etc. The old FB page that it connects to shows a last post on May 19,2015. The owner's new FB doesn't appear to connect to that same phone number.

Google Voice takes back, and reuses, numbers that are inactive for a set period of time. And phone companies do the same for lapsed accounts (unless you transfer your number).

Now, maybe I'm completely wrong and, as you say, a warning fell on deaf ears. But she might have lost the password on the old FB account, or she might not use that phone number any more.
