A walker on Dixie Highway just south of Sunoco and a red shirt and white shorts on Northeast 21st Street it looks like she might be a decoy but I have never seen her does anybody know anything about her she is blond.

As I drive down and up Dixie Highway I always see Roxy but about 20 to 50 feet away from here her is always at 1 gentleman if I do call him a gentleman I don't know what to call him so I feel that I should never pick her up it just feels uncomfortable maybe it's just me but when somebody has a Handler just right around the corner I don't like it what does your guys opinions on this and is she worth to be picking up.
