A temporary boy-cot would serve as a reminder who the customer is and what we expect. As I have said in the past so many of the providers have the 'Golden Pussy" syndrom and it has gotten out of control. Some of the rates for an HR are just rediculous! If you name a price and they reject it then just tell them that is all you will pay take it or leave it. You would be suprised how many will take it as they need the money. If they reject your offer then move on there are plenty more that will be glad to help you.
