Safe is always first concern for our mongers. I have a question about this, anytime the HPD they raided the massages parlor, do they arrest any man who might be naked or with any other woman in the room for the suspect of prostitution? Cause from the news that I read before was only woman was arrested from those massages parlor.

I seen some there. It's on keamoku and located in the samsung plaza. Across the street from the walmart/SAMs club. I'm not into the white girls so I can't tell you if their any good. But I don't think their service is as good as an Asian.

The Sakura where Jennifer/Junko works is located across the street from Puck's Alley on the ocean side. Its a 3 story building they are on the 3rd floor. They are on university avenue. The other Sakura is located on Rycroft street near Walmart right across from Choi's Garden Restaurant.

The short answer to your question is no. The men don't get arrested during these raids, unless they are found to have outstanding arrest warrants for other crimes.
To arrest you, they have to have "probable cause" to believe that you've committed a crime. Probable cause is much more than mere suspicion. There has to be evidence, admissible in court, that you've violated the law. It's not illegal to be naked in a massage parlor. It's not even illegal to have sex in a massage parlor. It's only illegal if you paid the girl to have sex with you. So, to arrest you, there would have to be evidence that you paid the girl, or at least that there was an offer to exchange sex for money.
When HPD raids these businesses, the arrests are more often for immigration or health code violations than for prostitution. For a girl to be arrested for prostitution in one of these raids, she would've had to make the mistake of negotiating sex for money with an undercover cop. For you to be arrested, your "provider" would have to have been an undercover cop, or the room would've had to be wired for video and audio, neither of which ever happens.
The only time men get arrested for soliciting prostitution is during a "sting" operation where they try to pick up a streetwalker, or a girl from craigslist or an escort service, who turns out to be an undercover cop. The streetwalker stings are fairly common downtown, and occur occasionally in Waikiki. Craigslist stings out here appear to be rare, but happen more often on the mainland. Escort service stings, where the cops take over an escort service and run it to arrest customers are nearly unheard of in Hawaii, but have happened in many mainland cities.
If you're ever caught in a raid at an AMP or a bar, all that will happen to you as that the cops will either tell you to get lost, or they'll check your ID and run a search for outstanding warrants. If they find one, you'll be arrested on the warrant. If they don't, then they'll tell you to get lost. They may be cool about the whole thing (rare), or they may make it as unpleasant as they can (much more common), trying to scare you out of ever mongering again. (Good luck with that!)
