I am sure it is no secret, I have been very critical of Yuki and her many many years of service. Recently I mentioned her management skills and training the girls. I think she does a great job training the girls on how to provide good service. I now see she is involved with yet another Spa on Colonial. The biggest issue with any business is rapid growth without preparation. The service is getting worse and worse, customers are being rushed out the door like an assembly line, and before anyone says "I received good service that wasn't rushed" obviously the time of day will dictate wait time and level of service. Yuki has opened another Spa and using KMS and ND girls to work, The two spa's that are under staffed now have less girls and more customers. I thought Asians were supposed to be good at math, this is simple mathematics. I am sure any 10 year old could see the volume of customers over the last few months, find the trends, forecast the future and develop a simple business plan to help facilitate a strong business. Opening another spa with no preparation is nothing more than poor management and greed. I see Kiko and think she is doing this smart, she is building her business and creating a strong foundation before moving forward. I have always said I think she should be more like Kiko and operate this business but she will spread these girls so thin the service will suffer and businesses like MC will benefit from Yukis poor management decisions. I hope she is able to strengthen her work force and stop this domino effect before it is too late. They are spread to thin. What she is doing is crazy and makes no sense. Less than a year ago she operated out of only KMS or WB. Now she has sand lake, colonial, Miami and I heard there is another somewhere else. Any first year business student will tell you, it not what you make, it's what you keep. She has only increased her labor force by a small percentage. But her operating costs have sky rocketed, her potential risks have increased from increased exposure as well as an increased risk of being noticed by the IRS (which is who got me for my spa). If she concentrated on the 2 her value of service would go up COGSZ would go down and profits would greatly increase. Hope whomever owns the spa (wink wink) reads this and stops trying to capture the GG market or at least creates a stronger foundation before expanding your operation. Trust me, you will make and KEEP a lot more money if you did this. I know you can be much smarter than you are being and think of this from a business perspective. Went to MC last week around lunch time and entered through the back door. Place was packed and I waited for a good 15 minutes before I got into a room and another 25 minutes before anyone saw me. I was given Sophie or Sophia, can't remember her exact name, and she said she was a new girl. Went to TS and I could already tell the difference between her and Nei Nei or Suki. TS was okay and standard BBBJ on the TS. Went back to the room for more BBBJ and standard alphabet. Overall she wasn't bad but not great either. That may just be because I mesh better with Nei Nei or Suki. Sophie / Sophia didn't just do it for me is all. As always YMMV. Standard $$ for 45 minutes.
Had a great time yesterday at this place, I am not sure why this is not part of the Spa challenge. I went in trying to get BoBo but She was either not there or busy. I did not understand the girls name but she was very pretty about 5' 4" and a beautiful enhanced body.

GG is really hit or miss last time therte was some hard up-selling bull shit.
MC is great rarely see a bad experience there.
ND very hit or miss has really gone down hill recently.
KMS is sister spa to ND also hit or miss.
All listed are recommended spas but if your closest to MC this is one of the best (all girls there are hot).

MC = Massage connection.
BO = Blue Ocean.
KMS = Kissimmee massage Spa AKA Well Body.
GG = Golden Gate.
