Samantha is sweet. I'v never heard of her requiring a Driver's License though. A simple referral from another provider should be enough for her.

Never noticed negative issues with her teeth, but can definitely join others in singing her praises. She is heck of a lot of fun and I don't mind playing by her rules. I have always found her to extremely sensual and knows what buttons to push with me. When we are together, it is nothing but laughs and awesome time.
The only downside is she is a little on the expensive side, but the investment is certainly worth it in my opinion. Definitely recommended if you can schedule.
