I'll play devils advocate. I'd backburner the current SB and renew the SA account. The bowl is flowing once again. I agree with hoya in that being able to host is great on the wallet and wonderfully convenient, but for me variety really is the spice of life.
When I want to work on training a lady, I will only spend that kind of effort in two places. The first is on my SO, to whom most of these babies couldn't hold a candle. They are the mickey the's / chipoltle / cheesecake factory to her Ruths Chris. The other place I I don't mind spending the time and effort in training are the 18/19/20 yr old young babies who genuinely love sex, but haven't had someone experienced enough to train them.
My experience has been that when a girl isn't great in the sack because the sex drive isn't there, then trying to train them isn't as fulfilling. They may genuinely really like you and want to please you, but for me, half the fun is when I see how much fun their having while I make them cum.
I do see lots of merit in hoyas position though, and depending on your connection with the SB, it might be in your best interest to spend time training your current side dish.

She is an HIV risk for you. Hope you are using condoms. Confront her and ask how you can help her. She's an addict and you can not fix it unless she goes to rehab.
