I had blood work done and there were no alarms. I use the testo "boosters" for libido. Based on the ingredients its more of a male multivitamin in my opinion. The ingredients are all essential vitamins and some other additives that appear to help make use of existing testosterone more efficiently. The product I'm using is called "prime male". After 2 days of use I was able to see some improvements. I lasted a strong 10-12 minutes. It could be placebo or the fact I've been more rigorous in the gym. My diet is also a bit cleaner.
