Tried out 12 Spa tonight. Still under construction, although the rooms are essentially complete. Provider available was Angela, pretty, 40's with a little pooch. I mostly enjoy a nice massage with an HE. Her massage was strong and good. Nice hands. Pleased with the results both ways. Normal pricing. I'll return.

FWIW. I'm older, so less particular with the age and shape of the providers. YMMV, eh?

P.S. : Stair access in between the downstairs shops towards the west end. There is a walkthrough and parking in the back. The second floor balcony is VERY WELL LIT for those who prefer discretion.

Here's my thoughts on recent visits to various spas around the area:

Sun: Always solid. Usually good looking women. Haven't seen a provider there that hasn't been at least decent. Some of them are quite fun. Elaine is always great fun but this place is just too busy since AA changed ownership.

Joy: Went once and had a great time with an older woman. Next time was a 4'8" cow that gave extremely subpar service. Haven't been back since.

You Massage: women are always older and dumpy. Okay massages. Definitely a last resort.

AA: haven't been back since the change in ownership. Used to really enjoy this place but now everything I've read says it's a dumpster fire. Shame.

Z Massage: women aren't anything special but the mamasan is very friendly and I've only ever had one bad experience here. That was only due to the girl there starting her monthly during our session. Other than that, this place isn't special but will get the job done.

Massage Spa (Wilmot / golf links): tucked off to the side of a shopping center, I hadn't seen anyone mention. This place so I stopped in. First experience the girl was very cute but pricy. 2nd time the girl was unattractive but extremely willing. Haven't been back since as she was the only one there that day.

Fuzu: older women but if you want to get in with no fuss, this is your place.

Rain: this place is weird. A lot of folks talk bad about it but I can get a decent massage and 69 for $ plus house fee. Sure, no FS, but I can go elsewhere for that. When what I want is specifically to 69 I come here.
