Independents. Is tipping standard on these providers? If so how much.
For example Cindy. American body. Hr=150 is there the expectation of a standard tip to go with this. Or is this the out the door price. Or kaye its 170, is that out the door or is there another amt for tip due / expected.

Independent providers set their rates. The traditional view of tipping is that it is not necessary to tip the owner of the business and independent providers own the business. Having said that, I have though only occasionally, added something to the donation because she is a regular provider and there is a nice connection between the two of us.

Stop tipping independents. It's not going to buy you love, just going to drive up prices and mess up expectations for everyone else.
