Usually they tell the "client", but NEVER the home owner.
It's hard to track them, and they get a "new " location on a regular basis.
They ONLY use the Air Bnd's when they KNOW the owner will be absent.
Actually, pretty smart business practice.

Looks like Bella's replaced Heather as Ana's been going through a change of girls lately, but anyways this Bella seems like a fun lady.
