I finally saw the new slender brunette a few have asked about. Yesterday 2 pm-ish she was camped out at the coin laundry and by the time I came back around she was walking w Stephanie's bf (or looked like him) heading towards Envy's both of them ignoring traffic. Tall and very thin, dark hair, glasses. Not street worn yet. Tried to scoop but she disappeared into the alley.
