There is a period of hours, generally between 5pm up to as late as 9pm which are the worst hours to check out a club any day of the week. These hours are between shifts. Night dancers tend not to get busy on the floor until 8-9 and even later in clubs that stay open into the wee hours. Day dancers split as soon as they've taken down whatever their cash goal was for a given day or if there are no customers around. You'd think it would be a busy time with guys getting out of work, but it just isn't. These are the dead hours. Some of the most popular clubs schedule mid shifts between day and night, but most are morgues. Topless and bikini clubs may do better business during the nude club "dead hours" because dudes drop in after work to have some drinks with T&A in the room and sports on TV. Lap dance mileage is not the selling point in topless and bikini bars. Topless and bikini clubs = liquor; Totally nude clubs = Lick her.

Also know that virtually every nude club that distributes "free enty" coupons on their website and newspapers, et al. are still going to charge you for your required glass of juice, water or soda when you arrive or an "entertainment charge" as the Deja Vu chain calls it. Usually $5-10, but some popular clubs will go as high as $15 for the drink during prime hours. True free admission is an illusion at stripclubs that feature pussy - the Bird included. The coupons amount to discounted entry.

Bottom line is that if you really want to evaluate the talent and overall experience at this club, you need to go during the heart of the afternoon or later at night.

Stopped in on an early Saturday afternoon before Christmas. First visit in many months and, based on reports here, was fully anticipating less mileage in the lap dance area than previous visits. But not many guys either, so 95% of the time I have found what I needed, and sometimes even what I wanted, when I spend time in there usually between 2:30 and 4:30. Night is busier all around.

I haven't gotten around much to clubs like I once did, but for now DVCOI is pretty much the best one for me considering talent, privacy, mileage and cost. Privacy is better than the Bird and value is better due to the time controlled money machines as compared to the DJ sometimes going crazy cutting dances short in Flamingo. And the constant 3 for 2 and 2 for 1 specials provide leisurely paced time to get down and dirty. And of course the DV dancers are topless and nude in the dances. At the Bird, you have to reach in to scoop out or fondle the girly parts if you're not in the VIP. And yeah, DV solves your problem because it is one of the popular clubs that has a mid-shift on schedule during the dead hours at the Bird and most nude clubs.

Problem with DVCOI these days is very inconsistent mileage among the girls. Its a real crapshoot if you aren't a regular or put some energy into networking. Plenty of ROB dancers to go with the good ones and mediocre ones.

What I specially like about the Bird is the table time that Matiz describes below. You can enjoy seriously extended high mileage time just sitting with a girl at your table without buying a single dance or drink. And its more private than the dance area too.
