That said, the Spotsy website indicates a biz license is only required if a biz "has gross receipts over $1,000,000 per calendar year. " So for a biz to not even be open, how could they have $1 m in receipts? My spidey sense is tingling.

BTW. I did the math and they would have to see roughly 4 customers per hour everyday to come in at $1 m a year (tips not included).
