Went into cheetahs earlier this week. There was a decent amount of good looking girls. I was there from about 10 PM to midnight. I'm sure that there are other places available.

Look into shooter girls and waitresses. There are plenty of options there and much easier.

I was in Wax VIP during day shift a few weeks ago and it was 20. There was a short discussion about the price and the dancer had to remind the front desk that it was 20 until either 5:00 or 6 (can't remember). Your experience sounds pretty typical. Blaze dancer quality is usually similar to Wax (except nude of course) if you try it again. (Follies day shift on IG) It turns back into a nightclub after 8 or 9 pm. It started out slow and still is hit or miss for the most part but based on reviews it is starting to pick up on the weekends.
