Went to pink pony for the first time today. Not much was going on. I probably go once every 3-4 months and on most of my trips I get at least one, sometimes multiple numbers. I normally don't outright and ask to meet up OTC. Instead, I ask to take them on a date. I follow up a day or two later. Meet up for dinner and have had 3 outcomes:
1) I get lucky without paying. (Has happened with 3 different dancers).
2) We reach a more typical OTC arrangement. (Has happened with 6 dancers).
3) They want me to become a regular at the club. (Has happened 4 or 5 dancers). I'm out the cost of dinner and at worst I have a relationship with a girl that will result in some high friction dances on my next trip.
As for advice at club:
1) location: I always sit on the far right hand side of the bar next to the display case. I feel it allows for more privacy and the girls seem to be a little more hands on with floor dances.
2) Act normal / Treat them with respect: Have a conversation with them and be respectful. I don't mean tell them your life story, but treat it like you're talking to a girl at a bar. This works really well during Dayshift. At night, the girls are very money hungry and like most clubs will immediately go straight to the do you want a dance or let's go to VIP.
3) Be honest with them: If I'm clicking with a girl, I'll usually be sure to let her know that I understand this is her job and she needs to make money, so if she needs to make her rounds and come back to me I won't be mad. When they ask about VIP, I normally tell them some variation of "it's not really private and unless more is on the menu I don't see the point." Normally they stay and keep drinking / giving me dances.
As for VIP, it's not worth it. The rooms don't have a curtain or door. Most I've ever gotten in VIP with a girl I didn't know is an overpriced HJ.

Many of these girls just don't like bringing customers home, for various reasons (live with a boyfriend, have roommates, just don't shit where they eat, whatever.).
If you can just get a room in another hotel or on another floor, that's probably better.

Ozymandias is another that does the exact same thing. Our MO is 100% the same. I found that I got much more in strip clubs and life when I did the above. While I am not one to think that get togethers at clubs are remotely even a good idea, I do think that this is incredibly solid advice. I've had success with this all of my life. It worked at clubs in Atl, Washington DC, and Memphis. Not a huge number of cities, but a good number of clubs. The one caveat in this is that I only go to "white" clubs, so I can't speak to aa clubs.
I don't have any data on dayshift, since I rarely go to places then so I can't speak to the difference between dayshift and night.
