I think that the provider needs to feel comfortable with you, and needs to know what you are looking for. I don't think that you will find that at 1st tier or primarily FS places. In my years in this hobby, repeat visits are the best way to get whatever you are looking for. At some places you will waste some time, but with the right provider and repeat visits, essentially anything is available in my experience. Stay safe.
