Personal Touch has one lady working and sometimes does that, open later or close earlier depending on what she wants to do but not that often. Most likely it's if she's providing FS then she locks the door and shuts the sign so there's no interruptions. The one around the corner I can never get anyone to answer, probably they are busy. If you can get in it's a decent massage and HE, probably more.
