By that point, it's no different than busting an AMP by sending undercover LE. At least K-agencies are careful to not allow LE to make appointments with them.

E. Privacy rights. If I remember correctly, Robert Kraft had the courts suppress the surveillance video, effectively beating the charges because the courts ruled that them inadmissible. With respect to the ACS, I think there is a mixed bag. For example, the Lily that was so well talked about here some time back. I'm not going to go into great detail but for those of us who have conversed with her a bit, she has bounced around to different AMPs, chose a different "booker", took time off more than once for a family vacation, etc. But undoubtedly there are others who are trapped. And of course the third category (which is common among AMPs) where they are "trapped" in their own desire to make money for back home. I. e. Work 7 days a week, long hours for months, with only an occasional 3 days off to go to NYC. I asked one I got to know who was complaining about slow work and boredom why she wouldn't take a day off now and then and to sightseeing she said "need money for daughter". I for one, if I find I have any premonition that any trafficking is going on will stay as far away as possible and I think many on this board feel the same way.

Sadly She hasnt been here since before covid. Sure wish she would come back. LOL. She used the CP agency as a booking agent.
