Once in a while a stray worker will walk west from Nebraska. Boulevard is a little farther west than they usually get.
Years ago I scooped one near that small trailer park on Waters just west of Florida Avenue. Turned out she danced at a club on Nebraska and did not usually walk the streets.

Pearl, for one, who I last saw in Drew Park many months ago. Also nearby on Hillsborough are two tiny cheapo motels and a convenience store. The motels keep a close watch on their guests to be sure nothing shady happens. I arranged to meet one girl who had my phone number. She asked that I pick her up around the back of one of those motels (on the street behind it).
This was more than seven years ago, of course.
Just about every week I spot someone or another in that area who looks like she may be working, but none have given the look back. They would have to be extra cautious in that area because the neighborhood is not known for that activity.
Keep your eyes open. You may even be able to carefully finesse one of those 2-3 girls you saw if you can get one alone.
