well my take on the best time is that its pretty much anytime other than 4:00-6:00 pm... right about rush hour it seems like the girls get off the streets, but once the traffic dies down a bit, they're right back out there. Maybe they're out there doing rush hour too, but they just get picked up so you don't see them or something... I would agree with WH. 4-6 pm is definitely not the best time. I drive up 1st daily during that time period, and I've only seen two girls, and it was questionable whether they were working or not. I'd like to try early in the morning one of these days, and see how that works out.

Dave, I'd say daytime hours to early nighttime hours when people are active would be the times that you're likely to find more girls out than any other times.
