I have no idea how police reports are written. I also agree that if I told the police that I planned to take the SW to my motel for sex, I would be digging a deep hole for myself.

However, suppose I just said that I saw this cute woman on the street, and I stopped to give her a ride. I wanted to get to know her and get her phone number. The police cannot write in their report what might happen in the future. They only can write what they observed in the past. Even if they have a photo of me picking up the SW, they have no proof of my intention. What will they write in their report? "Suspect stated that he intended to ask a woman for her phone number but we know he wanted to fuck her and pay money".

In my case in Florida, I could not deny to the police that I had picked up the woman, nor that I had sex with her. They had even witnessed and maybe photographed her blowing me. He prescribed me antibiotics for it that I got to take for a week. Doc said that after doing the run of antibiotics, that to wait a week more before having sex. But I'm looking to get more further testing in the future before any sexual acts just to be sure that I'm in the ok.

I also told the lady whom most likely caused the infection about the situation, and she's getting tested as well.
