Never have had a provider sharing hotel room
I have been to houses or AMPs where there were girls in other rooms but I am reading a number of reports on this board and others where there is another girl in bathroom during encounter. At a hotel at Seven Corners I had different girl meet me downstairs to open stairwell avoiding lobby traffic. This is extremely odd behavior and my speculation this is either due to 1. Attempting to save money splitting cost of room or 2. Some sort of security / support network maybe.
Old Timers -- Anybody remember Blue Moon?
It was an AAMP style place that advertized on CL a couple of years ago. If you do, and are interested, give me a PM with the name(s) of your favorites. I may have some news for you.

I wouldn't say it happens often, but they do it for safety reasons, to save money and other practical reasons. Providers usually travel with a friend, lover, babysitter, another provider, or "pimp" They usually get two rooms--one for the action and one for the non-action. The non-action room serves many purposes. The providers usually sleep in the non-action room, while the action rooms are reserved for all screwing. Also remember that many of these women travel cross-country, with their family not knowing where they are or what they're doing. So having the friend around to keep tabs on her is another security measure. Some providers will falsely tell you to come to one room, while using the other room to sneak a peek at you. If you seem legit then they'll reroute you.
Just like a pimp, a good operation will not allow you to see the other provider if the girls are sharing rooms. What if you end up preferring the other girl? When you get to your ho appt, if you call and she asks you to wait a few minutes, they're finding a place for the roommate provider to go.
If I see another girl in the room, I considered it bad taste, or sloppy. I will usually ask that the other girl get lost for awhile. Once they give me the once over and realize I'm okay (the other girl can ID me should something bad happen), and that its not too late, then they oblige.
If they flat out refuse, just as in my case, you usually will not have a good time.
