So, been trying to set up a date with this provider for a while, but she would not budge on her $. 7 fee. Well interest rates went up and I know these providers are starting to panic and its the end of the month, so I reached out her and offered $. 3 which she gladly accepted.

Though from the impression I got, she liked making new friends. So not sure what happened; I haven't reached out to her since as I've been out of town.
