I had to beotch slap some of the crew who grumbled and wanted to know why the fuck should they have to do newbies' work for them and hand them pussy on a silver platter? Well obviously, the answer is in my title above. It's all about Altruism. We sacrifice ourselves for our valued clients.

And fuck it if we have to be guinea pigs and go down into the nastiest, smelliest, most dangerous places on earth. If you're working on the Newbie Services team, I don't want to hear about how you have spent thousands of dollars and burned hundreds of hours separating the wheat from the skanky chaff. You job is to risk death, incarceration, hospital visits, divorce, whatever. You have to do it for the unmotivated newbie. That rare, special individual who sees all this work and yet presses bravely on, willing to throw his brother under the bus with tank treads so his heart will never get 2 beats above its resting rate.
