In my experience the reputable girls aren't going to try to upsell you once they arrive, their rates are all inclusive. Hmm. I saw her on Monday and she quoted me $$$ for an hour and $$$$ for 90 minutes. Ended up doing the 90 because it's a sweet spot for me where I can go two rounds and there's time for foreplay (which I enjoy as much if not more than the act itself).
