Well gentlemen I have let my head do thinking again. Finally this time I said no thanks I ordered a shot not a glass of wine.

They only arrest to embarrass people to scare others away. But even if you are single, or need a security clearance, you are screwed because the arrest is a simple google search away that stays there forever, independent of whether you are convicted.
