Of course, businesses (e. G. , bars, liquor stores) can require it and you can refuse, but they can then refuse to provide you service.

They need to suspect you of violating some law no matter how minimal that law is. Any traffic offense, jaywalking, open container, loitering, suspicion of prostitution or just about anything. If they suspect you for some valid reason (even resembling someone that committed a crime), they can stop you and ask for it. You can refuse and then they will determine whether to let you go or detain you. They will usually opt for the latter one.

Stop and Frisk Law. .

(1)This section may be known and cited as the "Florida Stop and Frisk Law."

(2)Whenever any law enforcement officer of this state encounters any person under circumstances which [B] reasonably indicate that such person has committed, is committing, or is about to commit a violation of the criminal laws of this state or the criminal ordinances of any municipality or county, the officer may temporarily detain such person for the purpose of ascertaining the identity of the person [/B] temporarily detained and the circumstances surrounding the person's presence abroad which led the officer to believe that the person had committed, was committing, or was about to commit a criminal offense.

(3)No person shall be temporarily detained under the provisions of subsection (2) longer than is reasonably necessary to effect the purposes of that subsection. Such temporary detention shall not extend beyond the place where it was first effected or the immediate vicinity thereof.

(4)If at any time after the onset of the temporary detention authorized by subsection (2), probable cause for arrest of person shall appear, the person shall be arrested. If, after an inquiry into the circumstances which prompted the temporary detention, no probable cause for the arrest of the person shall appear, the person shall be released.

(5)Whenever any law enforcement officer authorized to detain temporarily any person under the provisions of subsection (2) has probable cause to believe that any person whom the officer has temporarily detained, or is about to detain temporarily, is armed with a dangerous weapon and therefore offers a threat to the safety of the officer or any other person, the officer may search such person so temporarily detained only to the extent necessary to disclose, and for the purpose of disclosing, the presence of such weapon. If such a search discloses such a weapon or any evidence of a criminal offense it may be seized.

(6)No evidence seized by a law enforcement officer in any search under this section shall be admissible against any person in any court of this state or political subdivision thereof unless the search which disclosed its existence was authorized by and conducted in compliance with the provisions of subsections (2) - (5).

According to the article on Twitter, this is a Sperm Donor Machine. It could also be a Hand Job Vending Machine. There's lots of places these would come in handy, like those long waiting lines at the DMV and airline baggage check-in. Many questions though. Are they self-cleaning? I have never met a provider that gets a dick pic and is excited for the date. On the other hand I've seen pics of a big wad of cash get them to put on make up and prepare for the session more than normal. I'm with a retired provider now and have looked thru about a years worth of text and we even cross reference them to reviews on here and there is a direct link to how you communicate with them, treat them, with the service you get. A refresher post on etiquette could help a lot of mongers out, maybe one posted by a provider would be most insightful.

Being a Senior Member might get you in the door with a provider but that doesn't mean you will be invited back. Biting sensitive areas and or putting digits where they don't belong without EVEN asking a provider will probably stop you from a repeat visit. I can't tell you how many times providers tell me about the shit some if you guys try during their sessions. Simply mind boggling that they think it's OK. You can write the nicest review but that will not help your cause. Also you can have hundreds of posts and many years of service on this forum but if you visit intersections and are constantly rubbernecking looking for dates on the streets don't expect to see the elite providers.
