Went to Herndon therapy. Solid place. Asked for an hour and probably got 50 min with a TS. Massage wasn't great more or less just lotion rubbing which was fine. My skin gets dry in the winter. Virginia parlors use to be open to more, so I believe there must be some sorta of treaty or ordinance agreed to among the NOVa parlors.
