The guideline for JSO is that you can make an arrest if you witness a misdemeanor or suspect a felony. Of course, you can get yourself arrested if you try hard enough.

It's always a good idea to just let the girl know you're donating for her time and companionship. Some of them will ask you, over text messages, are you a cop or LEO then in the next breath, they will say, "stop by the store and bring a rubber or condom. " Mind you, in that same text, she probably already gave you a price for her services. So in the text message, there is a discussion of money, a rubber, etc. Really bad mix! It's just absolutely ignorant! When they do this, I don't even respond to the request and when I show up to motel, I go to their rooms without raincoat in hand just to scope out the AO. If something tells me it's LEO, then I leave and even if they stop me (providing they are LEO), they won't find money and raincoats on me.

Was heading down Philips mid afternoon last week, hot day so not much happening, saw this little red head that I have seen walking before, so asked her if she wanted a ride.
