I'm visiting in the are for the next couple of weeks. Reading back on the forum for many months, I'm not finding a lot of up-to-date information. I plan to report on my explorations and share my outsider observations.

I plan to begin exploration with the non-Korean run establishments on Clairemont and Kearny.

I'm expecting to find a fair bit of resistance to my charms as normally the AMPs don't warm up to new clients until they're more regular with them. This could be especially challenging as I'm hoping to cover as much ground as possible.

It's amazing--and sometimes sad--what you'll do when you're bored. I was sitting in the parking lot of Costco in M.V. Yesterday and decided to call the Swede. She's been discussed on this forum previously.

I got right through and she was free immediately. I'm not surprised.

I went right over and, well, let me make this review brief. She was very nice. In fact, she was so nice that, if I engaged her in conversation (while on the table), she would blab.

On and on. After a while I learned to shut up. All her talk was harshing my mellow.

It was the worse massage I have ever received. If anyone goes to see her, it's not for the massage..and it's not for the conversation...and, by the way, it's not for her looks. Would I go back? No way. I would go back to an ugly AMP I know who gives a GREAT massage and better HJ. Neither is very appealing. I'm still looking for the cute, young AMP that provides a H.E. For $40 plus $40 tip.

My attendant at the 2nd floor AMP wanted me to upgrade to 90 minutes for an additional $20.00 which seemed reasonable. But on departure, her pushing for tips was annoying, especially since the massage was unremarkable.

This place seems large with lots of rooms, There was a long hallway as well as people of all ethnicities coming and going. I wasn't born yesterday. Plus, I can't believe this place was built the strength of attendants not giving clients what they sought. Yet, my attendant kept repeating. They don't do that here. Table-shower incl for $40/ hour.

I'm debating whether to give them a second chance as it could be the first-timer syndrome, with somebody they don't know. I found my attendant pleasant enough in a plastic sort of way. (Yikes). I wouldn't repeat with her.

AA on Poway on the other hand was not plastic. I drew a mid-20's young lady who in addition to having no qualms about providing the desired HE also allowed me to direct her to my type of desired sensuous, plus effective massage. I find this rare in younger attendants.

The fee at AA is $50.00/ hour. There were slightly cheaper shops down the street, I'm getting the message that $40.00 is the standard gratuity around the city. Could somebody correct me if my understanding is off.

First are the ones that charge less that $40.00 for a half-hour. These usually advertise themselves as foot massage or something like that. You can get a good massage there but with very rare exception no extras. Next are the massage places that charge $40.00 for a half hour. These places tend to be focused more on the massage services. You usually can get a good to great massage and a number of the places will offer HE. But the providers tend to be in their 30's /40's and generally not all that good looking. While not impossible, it is hard to find any cute, young providers in these places. Some of them allow exploration under the clothes (and some a lot of exploration!) but even in such cases the experience is not really erotic, but more therapeutic. In my opinion the value of these places lies in the massage / HE skills of the provider and not the erotic nature of the experience. Finally are the massage places that charge $60.00 for a half hour. Most of these places offer extras, at least HE. A large number will offer more (up to FS) and you can find a very erotic experience in some but of course you have to pay more for more advanced services. If you are looking for an erotic experience or a cute, young provider, these are the places you will have to visit (with Hana being the most well known). As Lascivious correctly notes, there just aren't a lot of (if any) cute, young providers offering HE for $40.00 at the $40.00 massage places.
