1) The police won't allow regular hoes to work the corners when they place theie decoys out there. If I see a few girls working the Emmet area that I never seen before, I instantly think there is a sting going on.

First, read the 22 rules of Mongering on the front page of this site and then follow the rules to a T. Every time I had something go wrong, I can trace it back to me not following those 22 rules.
