Havent been there in about 6 months.
Went in paid my $20 admission to the theater.
In the hour I was there. 5 couples and 2 other ladies.
Great time.
2 very sexy ladies in short skirts.
1 extremely hot mature lady in a gold short robe. Thanks for the hand.
This is such a gray area in so many ways. Whole semesters in law school are devoted to this subject and this is an area that some lawyers specialize in. I dont claim to be an expert in anyway. I do some part time teaching and I do devote part of class to this area. Its hard for 20 somethings to understand that in this age of instant access, Google Images, rampant file sharing and music sampling that the Mashup that they created for this weekends party is technically illegal. But then again, it was illegal to show the portions of the DVDs that I showed in class. It amounts to an unauthorized public exhibition.
I do find it hard to believe that my 700 plus posts here are considered copywritten. Same as anything I post on a yahoo group. Some would argue that they are. This from the government office on copyright:

For instance, has the term "Adult Theatre Sluts" in any variation had paperwork filed on it? Is there a legal disclaimer on any individual Yahoo group that prohibits the postings from being used elsewhere? Not Yahoo policy but the groups policy.

I tell them to download the pdf, fill it out and send it in with their $35 to copyright anything that they create that they want legal authority over. But make sure that they have not used the intellectual property of anyone else in the creation of their work.

You are correct and i do have a few things that I have copyrights for. You are also right in saying once something is written and published it is deemed as a copyright. Anyway this is boaring ......

First time at ABS last night. All I can say is WOW! Too many girls to count! By far my fave was Danielle. She sat in the front of the theater and blew every guy offering her a hard one.
About seven couples there, some to play and share, some just to watch. All in all it was a great first experience and I plan on visiting again soon.

And thank you Toe Jam & Horn197, for your first reports. Nice to see a first report that was a report and not a request. I am starting to have my faith restored in the theatre. The last four times I went in August and September it was a sausage fest, or a zoo with the Wolf Pack. Wont be able to go for awhile, but I will head back soon.

Talking to some of the regulars there it seemed it was a very good night. At some point the action died down and I chilled in the theater hoping something more would happen. There were still a few people in the room back there and for some reason these guys, I assume owners, would come in and walk back there and check inside to see what was going on. Don't know why. Guessing it had something to do with making sure no one was recording anything but there really was no action happening at the time.
Does anyone know if they have cameras set up in there for security reasons? I only ask cuz I did go outside for a smoke and noticed a guy sitting in his vehicle right by the door. First I assumed LE due to the fact he just sat there watching what appeared to be a laptop. One of the guys out there with me mentioned he was an owner. Could he be monitoring what goes on inside via IP cameras?

Just happy to report after getting all the info from here. I will say there were some "unfriendly" characters there that night. But it seemed for the most part everyone had a good time. Anyone who was pushy got the cold shoulder from the ladies and there was never a problem.
As for the issue with copyright laws, I think it's time to move on. I do appreciate good intelligent banter, just not here while I search to get a nut off. Let's keep those conversations for the next Barnes & Noble round table. Just kidding fellas! But seriously let's try to get back to having fun with our hobby.

The room behind the Screen is where the action takes place. Guys wait in their cars to see who's going in to play. They don't want to waste $20 cover charge, if nothing going on.

No theater action may be the rule but its certainly not well enforced. Same with the g/h they are now all open too. The rules are a smoke screen should the cops ever do show up.

He probably was waiting to read a report....:) Seriously, Who knows? it may have been an owner, it may have been someone like me that checks his computer for the latest intel before I walk in. I have been burned too often by the no shows. So I would check the Yahoo group before I went in. Now I have a phone that I can check email and browser info so I dont look like as much as a geek. I also ask guys who are coming out whos inside. Sorry if that makes you uncomfortable, but hey, its no secret why we are there.
