So if you invest in a VIP and you are dead set on receiving extras, you better discuss it with the dancer up front.
In fact, with the disappearance of Hawaii Theatre, the only club in the area that is close to a staff of dancers who are "sure things" across the board is Paradise. Synn is expensive for VIP and YMMV similar to DVCOI. SRCOI is a clip joint with scams lurking around every corner IMO.
I've posted in anger a few times about what some of these clubs want to take out of your wallet. I consider it an insult to our intelligence but plenty of guys nevertheless are willing to pay preposterous sums for inferior encounters in dark and dank environments. However, I'm seeing now that at least some of the veteran providers in Paradise may be able to set their own price and negotiate with patrons who won't go for the stated $300 price for VIP. A couple of weeks ago I was spending time with a Paradise veteran who has always treated me right. She tried to lure me into the VIP and I told her it was out of the question because of the cost. She said she would do it for much less, but I didn't follow up to find out exactly how much less because I am plenty satisfied with what she puts out in the course of a regular 3 for 1. So maybe the house has smartened up and uses a 2-tier pricing system: the $300 price for suckers, and the "take what they can get price" from mongers who are capable of self-control when it comes to spending in this hobby. Newer girls may be more timid about pushing the house to take less. Just speculating here.

Sorry, but I haven't got a clue. Has to be a very new place and doubtful that it will last long if it is a highly visible location. As you know, plenty of MPs remaining in COI, HH, Puente, but the old school places that were prominent in the strip club malls are all gone.
