I have read a number of different articles online regarding getting HIV from a BJ. The risk is more towards the "giver" then the reciever. While most articles say it's possible, most also conclude that it's very rare and that a number of conditions have to be present. I have had a anon test at one time and it was a very nerve racking experience. The wait for the result was 30 mins and it seemd like hours.

HIV is a remarkably difficult illness to catch. In the United States, the primary risk factors are still the sharing of needles by IV drug users and receptive anal sex.

Study after study has shown that ordinary vaginal sex has a very, very low risk of transmitting the virus, and blowjobs virtually none. (I'm not recommending bareback sex with h00kers. Even if she's infected, your risk of catching HIV from her through bareback sex is far less than 1%, but who wants to be a statistic?)

One of the semi-pro girls I see a couple times a month pointed out a SW that she heard has HIV. We were driving together near Haines road when we spotted the gal in question.
