If you want to stay close to a Max station, you can take the red line from Mt Hood to the 60th Ave stop and walk about 2 blocks to L&D Spa. I haven't been there in a long time and haven't seen any recent reports, but it has been a sure thing in the past. You can also go a bit further to the Old Town / Chinatown stop and go to Fei Long Spa or Asian Spa. Both of these are a bit more iffy on what services to expect.
