A person I knew was busted in Lettuce Lake Park (north side of Fletcher just west of I-75) for "offering to commit." Back then there were commonly workers in the back stretches of the park. This is more than ten years ago, however, and your chances are slim there.
Your trailer park idea sounds more likely to me, but you never know until you try. Perhaps lunch hour, or after work around 4:00 to 6:00-ish.

So my Tampa Bay Pussy Tour, fittingly, came to an end where it started -- in Tampa.
I left Sarasota on Sunday morning and stopped at Babydolls Lounge in Clearwater to watch my Steelers beat the Oakland Raiders. I choose this place after reading LoaferBoats review in the St Pete Strip Club Forum. What a great place: Nine TVs all broadcasting different games, good service, free bbq pork, beer, whiskey, friendly people, scantily clad women prancing about, an adjoining strip bar. In short, a testosterone paradise! After the game I scored a great deal on Expedia dot com for a hotel in New Port Ritchie so I proceeded up US 19 North.
When I got there I did a recon of the NPR stroll but with all of the beers and shots that I drank previously during the game, coupled with my morning blow job in Sarasota, I was a bit worn out. I even passed on a very attractive, young, brunette spinner figuring that she'd be there in the morning. I settled in at the hotel bar and continued to watch football there before heading to my room and passing out.
The next morning I got up around 6:00 ish feeling rested and ready for more. I took a hot shower and went out to do the US 19 stroll.

I settled on a a place near Fowler and went back to the field. One trip down Nebraska was all it took to eye an easy pick. I looped up Yukon to 12th then back down Seward where Alex (pictured) was on the corner waiting for me. She smiled, I motioned for her to hop in and back up Neb we went to my room.
I found Alex to be friendly, easy going and most importantly, coherent. We did the cop check thing at a traffic signal while waiting for the light to turn green. I was leaving a local business and spotted an attractive girl walking past the parking lot. We shared a smile, and she came right up to me.
