That being said, there are days when the talent is sparse early. Like today there were only 3 girls around 1 and only 1 was decent. But as I was leaving 30 minutes later there were a couple of cute spinners walking in. But overall I'd say a resounding yes.

They've lost the Follies brand completely and to be honest, this was never a strong suit for Follies in the beginning. They can't keep the same girls, so it's hit or miss and then you pay $10 to get in and $10 per drink for a horrible club experience. I continue to pass on this. Diamonds is much better.

I went ahead but it was so rushed and mechanical it wasn't really even enjoyable. The other 2 times made me wonder why I even went in.

As far as Diamonds goes, what fees are the charging (and the amounts)? Like parking, entrance, etc?

First time hitting the clubs since covid and boy do I miss follies. Started off at Diamonds at around 10:30. Club is a lot smaller than I thought it was. Was barely anyone in there. They charged me 40 bucks just to park. Cover was 20. Was only one stripper in the entire joint. A complete waste of time. I then headed to wax. There were some decent looking women in there. Wasn't a lot of tables or places to sit. Found a spot by the pool tables and sat down with my drink. Wasn't really comfortable and felt too out in the open. Stayed for about 20 minutes waiting for someone to walk up to me and just decided to leave. I then went to Gold Rush. I really like this spot. Was able to get comfortable and get a few dances. There wasn't a lot of dances but the ones that were there were friendly and didn't pressure too much. I had a decent time there but the entire night made me really miss follies. The amount of dancers, the quality was truly unmatched.

I think I will check King of Diamonds in Forest Park out tomorrow as well as Club Seduction as I haven't seen a review. Any other off the radar suggestion. Looking for some gems. Plus I feel like taking my Stang out tomorrow and airing her out! I will report back anything worthy to mention.

After a good work trip but terrible monger escapades in Chicago I got back in town on Tuesday 4/20. With all my penthouse excitement being killed by overpriced SC VIPs and escorts alike I decided to check out Wax. I went in and it was fairly steady busy but not uncomfortable by any means. I headed to the back bar on the far right near the bathrooms to grab my signature Crown & Coke. While there a guy was pulling out mugs of pot and weighing them right on a scale at the bar. Now we all know weed smoking and selling happens at SCs but it was never this apparent at our famed Follies so it took me by surprise. It is 4/20 so go figure right?

Anyways I take a seat at a table I've dubbed as my own near the middle / second stage. After waiting for a brief moment a spinner Cuban chick comes by and asked if I wanted a dance. Since Latina's are my flavor I partake of course. She's doing the standard Wax ass facing you only grinder and she went so hard it felt uncomfortable but hey I was there late at 2 am and again Chicago remember. So the second song in instant VIP offer. She quotes $250 + $40 for the room. I said I would think about it but yeah not wanting to spend all that even with her "sucky sucky fucky fucky" proposal. I have her the two hand tape by song 3 and send her packing.

She proceeds to start a timer on her phone for the 15 minutes and usually I'm not that quick so I assume it's all down hill from here. Then she unbuckled me and drops the pants and boxers and goes at it with a CBJ which wasn't terrible but not the best either. After 5 minutes in the she says BJ 100 and sex 200. I don't negotiate with them, but turning them down for a price I won't pay, they sometimes offer a lower price. If not, no worry, another will come along or you save your dough for another day. Just be sure big head stays in control!! Happy hunting.

Was visiting from out of state yesterday and wanted to stop by Rumors just to cross it off the list before moving on to my regular spots. Must say that I was pleasantly surprised. Arrived around 5 pm. 5 to park and the nice attendant asked if I could tip him. 1 dollar got me a fist bump and I parked in a no door ding spot in the corner. No cover and the doorman commented that he liked my attire. Got to the bar and the nice white lady asked what am I having. Why 1 bottle of water please. She said I was a good looking man and she would be happy to get me whatever I liked. Quite funny, but it sure beats the attitude you can get at some spots. I told her I was a broken down old man and to please get some glasses. I leaned in close and asked do you have any small black women? She made a beeline back to the corner of the bar and I overheard her telling two interested looking girls to get over there now. So they came. One cute spinner from Valdosta St and one pretty but a bit too big at the moment. Small talk and then some ho hum nude dances at 10 each. Forgot the name but she was sweet. Just not that strong a dancer and not that much mileage. I then headed back to the bar where I had a couple ladies ask for dances. No thank you. Looking for a small black woman. They summoned another. Her name was Lee. More curves on this lady but the dances were better and like all, very friendly.

During my chit chat at the bar with an older AA lady with missing teeth, I was told to look no further that she could give me all I could handle. She was in street clothes so I guess she meant OTC. Very entertaining. I think she was possibly a strippers mother or maybe just a frequent customer getting a drink.

So to summarize, super laid back. Very clean. Nice clean restrooms. Everyone so nice. Talent was 5-8 with maybe 12 ladies and 10 customers. I got the vibe that OTC would be a non issue here. Just need to spend a little more than 30 minutes. As I was departing there were about 3-4 more girls coming in. A couple "8" spinner types so I wish I had more time. Nobody making anything rain at this spot which is good for me.

Had read this was a mixed club. Multiple white customers but I think only 1 white dancer. Maybe a 6. I will return to this club and get some digits.

A brief rant if I may on Blaze yesterday. It was an off day for spinner types. It happens. So the couple decent ones stayed locked down. OK. Had a white lady (an employee of some type) try to set me up with some bigger woman. No thanks. She then went back to making it rain on 2-3 dancers at at table in front of the main stage. So the club pays people to throw money? Whatever. The DJ. God, the guy just can't shut up. In a 2 minute song he talks half the time. TOTALLY DESTROYS MY VIBE with the lady I am dancing. The more I go the more he talks. I am a late day shift visitor so perhaps he is drunk. I can't understand a word he is saying and didn't come to listen to him prattle on. If he continues at this rate I won't continue to visit the club. He seems to just get worse and worse. When they took my dancer (against her will) for another birthday celebration for a fat lady then it was time to bounce. Rant over.
