Definitely more to be had than HE but I guess it could depend on the provider. Saw Lucy there last week. Tiny little woman. Everything for fairly standard price but I've also heard other providers trying to raise those rates. Stand firm! Also know for sure ine provider was just constantly on her phone barely doing anything so maybe you got her? She's gone now though.
